I just had the best Wichita Hip-Hop experience of 2014 at Rock Island during the Bahamadia show. It really all boiled down to one thing... the people. A couple of times during the night I found myself sitting at a table having great conversations all with the back drop of hip-hop music and good vibes. Quite honestly I wish I could tell you how the Bahamadia show was but I can't... mainly because I was sitting around having great conversations with people.
The convo I had with DJ Carbon about Klase' event, and talking to Antdilla about our passion for Polo. The chat I had with Mr. Two Thousand and Nnanna about the local scene, where its been and where its going. I finally got to meet Steven (@turbobuddha) , a great photographer who has given me great tips on instagram about camera's and techniques. Talking with Mannish Law about his new album, and Jeremiah from 42 Below. And of course I can't forget Troy and Kyle, (Both Kyle Solomon and Kyle from Naymlis). This is why it was easily the best hip-hop experience I had so far this year in Wichita. It's all about the people! ~ @RoyceOnTheRadio
